URLs for Circulation Journals Submission Sites
Please note that the Circulation-branded journals transitioned to a new manuscript submission and peer review system in November, 2012. The URLs for each journal’s new site are:
Circulation: Arrhythmia and Electrophysiology
Circulation: Cardiovascular Genetics
Circulation: Cardiovascular Imaging
Circulation: Cardiovascular Interventions
Circulation: Cardiovascular Quality and Outcomes
Circulation: Heart Failure
All submissions should be directed to these sites. If your manuscript is a revision that was reviewed on our previous tracking system, please upload your revision as a new submission and include the point-by-point response and marked up version as Supplemental files.
Please see the frequently asked questions below. We appreciate your continued support of Circulation-branded journals and your patience during this transition time.
New Manuscript Submission Site FAQ
Q: Will my user profile be in the new site?
A: Yes. Your profile information has been migrated to the new site. We ask, though, that you review it for any updates that may have occurred while we transitioned the data.
Q: What will be my username and password in the new site? Will they be the same as I used in the current site?
A: Usernames and passwords in the new site will NOT be the same as what is being used in the current site. Anyone who has an account in the current site will be transferred into the new site, with a new username and password generated by the new site. You will then use the “Unknown/Forgotten Password” link to retrieve your access information for the new site. From the “Unknown/Forgotten Password” page, enter your login name (which is your first initial and last name, all lowercase, no spaces [eg, jsmith for John Smith]), e-mail address, or your first and last name. Your password will then be e-mailed to you. Also, first-time users for both the current and new sites will use the “New Users: Please register here” link on the new site homepage. If you have any difficulty, please do not hesitate to contact the Circulation Editorial Office (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Q: If I’m a reviewer for 1 AHA journal and an editor for another AHA journal, can I use the same login?
A: Yes, the login will be the same for all of the new sites for the AHA journals and the AHA Statements/Guidelines.
